 By "Opting In" to or using a "Text Message Service" (as defined below) from Tropolis, you accept these Terms & Conditions. This agreement is between you and Tropolis, 206 E. Huron St, Suite 105, Ann Arbor, MI 48103. All references to "Tropolis," "we," "our," or "us" refer to Tropolis.

 "Opting In," "Opt In," and "Opt-In" refer to requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages. "Text Message Service" includes any arrangement in which we send one or more messages addressed to your mobile phone number, including SMS, MMS, or similar technologies.

By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Tropolis related to support, service updates, general inquiries, and event or internal notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. No mobile opt-in data will be shared with third parties.

 By consenting to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Text Messaging Terms and Conditions, as well as our  Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
